The 911-Support Program

The Essential Business Software Group (EBSG) believes - as most organizations do - that the quality of the service that it provides to each of its clients can and should be used as perhaps the primary measure of our organizational performance. Our success should be measured almost directly by the quality and the strength of the relationships that we develop and maintain with our clients.

When contemplating how to go even further than that and what to include within a range of services that no-one else currently offers, the first service that we came up with was 911-Support, and as the name suggests, the concept behind 911-Support is to offer an emergency technical support service that anyone can use, without any pre-existing contract or ongoing contractual obligation whatsoever.

The service is NOT provided completely free of charge but the first hour of incident response effort is indeed provided completely free of any charge and/or obligation whatsoever, which means that in the vast majority of cases provision of this is indeed complimentary.

To limit our exposure to potential abuse, we intend to allocate a quota of up to three completely free incidents per calendar quarter per client organization while we refine this service so please do not hesitate to call if you feel that one of our experts may be able to assist you.
